PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Engagement Fee: Php 100,000.00 - contractor and client will work-out the final design of the house.
  • 50% of contract cost payable before start of construction
  • 30% payable upon completion of structurals
  • 10% payable upon completion of partitions, closets,etc
  • 10% payable upon turnover

Note: Engagement fee deductible at final payment
