What was once a dream is now slowly becoming a reality

Some 25-35 minutes from Baguio City on the way to Bontoc, a left turn just before the toll gate at Halsema Road leads you to a thirty-hectare spread to what would be one of the last remaining strips of forest on the Montanosa Highway.

The village is slowly and quietly emerging as a scenic haven meant to nourish and refresh tired bodies and worn out souls

Meant to be a community that is keenly aware of cultural heritage preservation and environmental sensitivities while enjoying the comforts of home. The efficient and functional setting has combined these elements in an effortless way.

Some six clusters of country style homes will be scattered in the village - far enought to ensure privacy, but near enough to provide a sense of security and community.

Each home will be given 500 sqm of land. Each  2-storey house will have a finished upper portion with a floor area of 100 sqm, more or less. The home will have 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bath, kitchen, dining and a fireplace. The lower floors will be turned-over open and unfinished for owner development in the future, or will be developed at buyer's request and cost. The open lot area of about 400 sqm will be for owner's landscaping and gardening activities. 

Only 60 units will be built, leaving the remainder of the 30-hectare estate (75 acres) in their pristine condition.

The spacious natural setting, the unhurried ambiance of the place and the natural textures created by lush gardens and shrubbery canopied by towering pines lend that much needed soothing balm that heals the body and enlivens the spirit.

The cultural component of the village comes in the way of a series of authentic old houses of the different Cordillera ethnic groups set in a culturally defined space of their own.

They will be furnished accordingly and authentically and will feature real craftsmen at work in the immediate areas of the houses.

Continuing beyond the heritage houses is the nature trail which will feature the most common flora and fauna of the region together with some other beautiful flowers such as anthurium and more.

Along the trail will be native thatched gazebos which will double as picnic shed for visitors.

A thriving organic garden now produces fresh vegetables and will expand accordingly as needs arise.
